FlightSeeker is an independent travel agency. We help you find and book air travel supplied by airlines and other providers. We are not an airline, and your travel is subject to each carrier's conditions of carriage.

Prices shown on our website are indicative and may change until ticketed. Final fares, taxes and fees are confirmed by an agent before payment. Phone-only fares may carry specific restrictions, which will be explained before booking.

A booking is confirmed only when payment is received and a ticket number is issued. You are responsible for checking that names, dates and routes are correct. Names must match government-issued travel documents.

Changes and cancellations are subject to airline fare rules and may incur airline penalties, fare differences and service fees. Some fares are non-refundable. Call us to request any change.

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, health documents and any entry requirements for your destination and transit points.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, lost baggage or other acts of airlines and suppliers. Our liability is limited to the service fees you paid us, to the extent permitted by law.

You agree not to misuse our website, make speculative or fraudulent bookings, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FlightSeeker operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
